Meet Type 1 Dad... Daniel!
Another story of how The Type1 Foundation supports families with a type 1 diabetes diagnosis. Daniel is currently trekking the Kokoda Track with us, inspired by his daughter Eve 💖MEET TYPE 1 DAD DANIEL- He’s trekking Type1 for his daughter Eve. “I am trekking for a sweet and sassy 7 year old T1 superstar named Eve!
Eve was diagnosed with Type 1 in 2019 and thankfully she doesn’t remember life BD (before diabetes 😉), so she usually cops all that gets thrown at her with a smile on her face 💪.
Eve is fortunate to have met some amazing humans just like her through the work of the Foundation and our family has benefited greatly from being able to attend family events over the past few years and connect with others walking a similar walk.
I’m trekking to give back and support Eve, the Foundation, and all the other T1 superstars.”
